I had a brief phone call with IT Business Engagement Manager regarding the role, what they were looking for, my qualifications and experience. That ended with a conclusion that it would be worthwhile to interview. The interview included the Head of IT Business Solutions. The tone and demeanour was hostile as soon as the teams interview started. It didn't last long, at some point he said I don't fit what they are looking for.
