Applied on LinkedIn. HR took a few days to get back to me on a call to talk about the role and said that there will be a Codility test. SQL and Python was tested. Hard difficulty. After a few days, HR contacted to arrange another 2 rounds of meeting. After passing those, a last round of interview was arranged with the head. After a few days the offer was sent.

First was codility test, those question were real lengthy, some 11 mcqs, 1 sql, and 1 python - they were not that hard maybe moderate but they were lengthy. Then there was an interview with hiring manager and he asked a case study and what kind of metrics you should have for success matrix.

There was a SQL and Python test followed by 3 subsequent interviews. Having completed the final interview, there was a request to do a 4th interview. The first two interviews were business focused while the final two were more technical in nature.

1 phone with hr, 1 assigned codality test, 4 zoom virtual interview rounds with head, hiring manager and 2 stakeholders. Tough interviews but interesting and relevant to role. Asked about understanding of products, market and statistical concepts.
