Well structured process. First, send in your application. Second, they invite you to do a critical reasoning test. If you pass that, you then get invited to interview. The interview consisted of a pre interview written assessment (I did this at home a few weeks before the interview). Then there's the interview itself where they asked me about my answer to the written assessment, asked me situational questions (e.g. what would you do if X happened in your team) and some competency questions.
