after that meeting with senior mgmt.
then background checks and security clearance.

HR call, followed by portfolio review and design challenge. Gave a design task and then observed how you work. You were allowed to ask questions, but did not have to facilitate or involve them in the design process.
Went through a few rounds of interviews including a whiteboarding session within 3 months. The process was good and overall experience was good and interviewers were nice and thoughtful 😊
