Interview took place over WeChat, it was very relaxed and Jenny was very quick to put me at ease. Felt like an informal chat more than an interview. She was very interested in why I wanted to come to China, and I was happy to oblige her with my reasons.
It was a good interview, really enthusiastic to have me and they seemed really passionate about teaching. They also were very keen on helping us settle in to the country.

Easy application, phone interview, and then a set up with a camp interview. Really enjoyed the process. The interview was semi-formal and you didn't need child care experience although it does help. Had lots of support from start to end. Good experience
