The process was very fast. It took around 2 weeks. After applied online, I received a short phone interview with HR at the mid of the week and schedule an on-site interview early next week. The on-site interview, took about 1 hour, first with HR and then the department manager, they are all very nice. And I got the job offer on Friday.
