Conversations were great, process moved quickly, and the team was flexible. Con: receiving an automated no-reply rejection after a fairly involved process was disappointing. Note: the 30min intro was positioned as a casual background chat, but come prepared with a 10min case study and raw working files. Expect to show and answer questions around documentation, handoffs, specs, component structure / connections, tokens, and how quickly you make design decisions.
