Initial phone screen and then 3 interviews and then an additional interview. Recruiter will schedule the interview with time slots for you to choose from. Good interview process and very friendly recruiter.

2. video interview with a member of the GCS team based on the role-knowledge with a case study role play
3. video interview with the manager of the team based on analytical thinking
4. video interview with another person in the GCS wider team, based on leadership & googleyness
Goole sends you very detailed emails with much information on what to study and how to prepare for every step.
There are many different sources from youtube videos to online training.
I had the final interview but unfortunately didn't make it to the hiring committee.

Every phase is unique and there is a proper way to get prepared.
1. With the recruiter be prepared to answer things like "Why google and why this role?"
2. This phase is all about the given case study and a bit general marketing/tech knowledge
3. Analytical thinking is based on specific kind of questions and there are suggested ways of answers - there are even youtube videos by googlers explaining the way
4. Leadership & googleyness is all about questions showing how you would manage hypothetical situations or describing experiences that can prove you're a fit to google values
