The process comprised of 1 screening round and 4 rounds. There is a lot of emphasis on Diversity Hiring. It was quick and completed in a week. The offer was rolled out in a week.
The TAT was less than 2 weeks.

Behavioural Questions which can be hypothetical or you can draw from you past experiences as well.
Too many interviews. I declined to continue. If you can’t decide after multiple interviews you have a broken process. I was interviewing for a recruiter role and I didn’t want my candidates to be out in the same position.
Not shortlisted for next rounds but they informed me via email within a week which is good. Hopefully will get a chance next time round. Good experience overall. Applied for multiple roles.

You will mostly have 3-4 sometimes 5 rounds of interviews and all of them will test a combination of skills that you've mentioned in the post above.
