Put me through several interviews and never bothered to follow up with me afterwards. I still have no idea if I am still in consideration or not. As a recruiter, this sours me on the company.

If I asked you to find the 5 best Java developers in Russia, how would you do it?
Too many interviews. I declined to continue. If you can’t decide after multiple interviews you have a broken process. I was interviewing for a recruiter role and I didn’t want my candidates to be out in the same position.
Not shortlisted for next rounds but they informed me via email within a week which is good. Hopefully will get a chance next time round. Good experience overall. Applied for multiple roles.

You will mostly have 3-4 sometimes 5 rounds of interviews and all of them will test a combination of skills that you've mentioned in the post above.
