Entrevista
First step was quick and enjoyable HR interview. Secondly I had a 1:1 with a Program Manager. Finally I had a day of interviews with Program Managers and Specialists (3 interviews with four people in total). All inteviews were based on three pillars of DeepMind project management: planning, supporting others and knowledge of AI.

Got 6 interviews with various members of the team, focused on checking and validating my skills for a fixed role at DeepMind. It was an overall positive experience, while a bit of a drag.

Entrevista
One of the best interview experiences I ever had. Everybody was extremely friendly and sharp. All the questions I received were relevant for the role and totally aligned with the pillars of the PM.
My recruiter was excellent, always on top of things, and her proactivity always kept aware of everything. Everyone of the interviewers were with kind and tried to make me feel relaxed so I could perform the best.

Entrevista
HR reached out to me to ask me to interview with them if I was interested in the role. Process: 30 min competancy based interview with HR rep, then interviews with the team, group exercise and whiteboard exercise. I only went to the first interview. It took them almost 2 weeks to let me know I was not able to proceed to the next stage (they were nice about it though). However, I had to chase them for an update as I thought it was quite unprofessional to leave me waiting that long for an answer (it felt like they had forgotten about me, so at least a holding email following the interview could have been nice).
