I applied online. They have an outside firm do their hiring process, so the first step was matching my abilities and skills to the job. I was confirmed in a few days and the next step was an extensive questionaire. Once it's determine that you are potentially a good canditate from the questionaire a phone interview is scheduled. The information fromt he interview is passed on to the Hiring Manager/Team for a scheduled in person interview. After the interview they will get back with you within 5 to 7 days on offering the position.
