I walked in, had a quick conversation with the manager. She asked me a few simple questions such as how I would handle a disagreement with a coworker. I answered that I would not partake in confrontations or verbal disagreements and if it was a serious problem I would take it to a supervisor. She offered to hire me on the spot.

How would you handle a disagreement with a coworker?
Sat down with the manager at their office. He gave me information about the job : hours, pay, and whether that was fine for me. Asked 2-3 longer questions. Afterwards, I was able to preview the floor I'd work at.
