First they call you and set up a one on one. You will be interviewed by two regional managers to asses you work history, personality, and management style. They will ask questions about what you would do with the current store being interviewed in, and wait for you to ask them questions about the job and the company.

What do you bring to the table that would benefit Goodwill?
It was very Easy question being ask and it was personal not to critical. You go through a recruiter first, than schedule interview, then if hired you attend training at the corporate office
Fairly simple, very kind group of people. I had a typical phone interview, video interview and then onsite interview. Onsite I was asked basic questions and toured the work area.
They seemed unorganized and not prepared for the questions I asked of them. Much of the time was spent with really basic questions that weren't senior-level management. It was cordial and nice enough.
