I was contacted via phone to schedule the interview. I met with the CEO and Vice President of Administration. I was told there would be second interviews and a third interview in the form of a presentation. As a current employee at the time, I was very familiar with the organization’s operations and knew what was needed to fulfill this role successfully. The interview went well but there was no follow up until I reached out.
