I went in to the specific store I wanted to work at and picked up an application. I tried to bring it back when the manager came back from lunch in order to make a good impression (I was advised to do this by another employee) but the manager refused to come out and I was not able to hand deliver my application. A few days later I got a call from the corporate office asking me to come in for my next steps. When I got there, the HR woman was surprised that I was not interviewed by the manager. She asked basic questions and then called the manager to confirm that my availability worked with the store. After that I filled out some paperwork and drove to a clinic to get drug tested. A week later I went to the mandatory all-day orientation at the corporate office.
In person quick and friendly. Application submitted and call back was quick. Asked about history and qualifications hired quick. The job was amazing and they are easy to work for
asked my about my previous job experience, my characteristics, why i wanted the job, which shifts i was available for, etc. very basic interview questions, i didn’t prepare at all and still did fine!
Interview was short and to the point. Ask for previous experiences and how do I solve unexpected problems. The manager was nice. Told me I will hear back. Didn't get the job
