I applied on LinkedIn and heard back quick. I then had a video call with the recruiter and it went very smooth! She explained what led her to join Goodway, asked questions about my background, and explained the culture. She’s also a past employee of another company I worked for which is just another reason I would want to join Goodway Group. After the recruiter call I also appreciated the call I had with the hiring manager we had a really engaging conversation.

Met with the recruiter and honestly it didn’t feel like they were listening to me or had read my resume prior the meeting. They asked several questions that contradicted one another. And didn’t seem receptive to clarifications or explanations. Even let it slip that internal candidates receive preference.
