a phone interview with recruitment to discuss experience and qualifications . Then was invited to an in-person interview with the center manager . Went over teaching philosophy . Created an activity plan beforehand mixing play with differentiated learning style

The team were welcoming from recruitment to on site interview. The process was a little slow but that was on the centre not recruitment. As soon as the director decided to have me onboard the process was very quick
