      A recruiter found me somewhere and wrote me an email. They told me that I can candidate as a Frontend Team Leader, the lady was trying to schedule a meeting two times, manager had no time. She was asked if I want to be a developer or team leader, because both managers are happy with my CV, I said I would like to try both recruitment processes, she said ok. After that the lady send me an offer for Senior Fullstack Developer. I asked why not a Leader, she told me I cannot be in two processes. I asked about Leader position, she told me, Seniors do not want me to participate and she do not know why. Before that she told me, they are happy with my CV.... When I told her that communication was poor and I was treated badly, she told me, maybe it is because poor phone call quality, which was not true. Then she said startups works that way. Which is completely not true, our communication was by google meet or email, we had one 30sec phone call. It looks like poor quality startup, they will treat you bad from the start. BTW. Recruitment process for Senior dev have 3 steps including 2 x 1-1,5h of skill check and 1 additional talk with managers after all. Looks like they think they are big and people will be begging for place there. Another startup with head too high
