I only had the initial screening call, but it wasn’t a great experience. The interviewer was a Success leader, and the interview went well enough that they mentioned during the interview that they’d be sending over a take-home assessment and then outlined next steps for the interview process. The take-home assessment was never sent, and the next message I got was a generic one from that same leader I interviewed with saying they’re not moving forward in the process after all. I wrote back saying thanks anyways and, just out of curiosity, what changed from when she said they were going to send a take-home assessment and now getting this message/decision. I never received a reply. TL;DR I was directly told that I was moving forward in an hiring process and then the leader who interviewed me ‘ghosted’ me.
