Should have read all the negative reviews in advance. I was sent an email asking me to take the PI cognitive index, before any human contact. I took it and never heard back. Goodtime’s hiring team is seriously lacking in communication skills.

To anyone reading this please read the reviews. This organization is super dysfunctional and overall there are much better options. I had a “ super day” which consisted of going through all the interview rounds in one day as opposed to spread out over multiple weeks. While this approach is a bit different I actually really enjoyed this method. That being said the CEO is 100% running the company to the ground, she asks very inappropriate questions during the interview process and at one point looked up the names of my last my managers and asked me questions about them. On top of that they lied about the pay by 40k!!! Run from this organization

What would your manager at ( company from 9 years ago) say about you
It's so funny that this company's product is all about improving the interview process. They, by far, hands down have the worst interview process of any company I've recently interviewed with! The most unbelievable part was that they start the process with a PI Cognitive assessment. What a joke! Startup in Series A Round...good luck!
