They seem to be unorganized. I had my first interview set with HR that went well. The second interview was set up with the hiring manager a couple days later only to be cancelled by HR because they changed the role. Just tells me that team may be unorganized and not know what roles or people they are hiring for. I probably dodge a bullet.
