Was screened by HR person #1. Connected with an editor and HR person #2. Had a long phone conversation with editor. Was given a sort of vague writing assignment. Completed it and had another long conversation with the editor where she gave feedback. Overall, seemed to like it. Told they would schedule next interviews the following week. Never heard from anyone ever again, even after my thank you email. Seemed like a poor way to treat a candidate.
