Hiring process was fairly short. Received a phone call about a week after the interview for an offer. I thought that it was a very easy process and the questions that were asked during the interview were fairly standard.

Had an interview over the phone that didn’t even last 15 minutes. Was told they’d get back to me by the end of the day. Still waiting. I understand if I did not get the position, but it would be nice to be told either way so I can start pursuing other offers.
