I loved the interview process with Gong! I've never had quite as smooth of a process as I did working with Austin King. I was never left wondering what the next step was or the reason for why I was connected with an individual throughout the process. My favorite part of this process was Austin seemed as concerned about me having every piece of information I needed to understand if Gong was a great fit as it was for them to assess if I would be what their team needed. It left me with a ton of confidence in how talent is assessed and brought onto Gong, and ultimately made joining the team an easy decision!
