My first meeting was with Austin King, an executive recruiter who specializes in leadership roles. From beginning to end, Austin did an outstanding job for me. In his introduction to Gong, he took the time to explain the company's mission, philosophy, short-term and long-term plans, as well as their market landscape. I was really impressed with the way that he got me excited about the opportunity and made me feel a part of the process. As we moved through the remaining steps of the hiring process, Austin continued to be a trustworthy partner to work with.
