Multiple interviews and one presentation. I met with the hiring manager, and three executive level leaders. The presentation was a mock QBR with two members of the team and you had to use an example of a QBR you have previously run in your current role. All of my interviews felt more like conversations and I enjoyed getting to know more about the company and team throughout the process.

The interview process was very straightforward with 4 rounds. One initial recruiter screen, hiring manager, mock presentation, and final meeting with a senior leader. All of which, were scenario based questions and insight into one’s professional career experience. I appreciated the thoroughness and professionalism of the team

Really disappointed with my experience with Gong, I use their product and think it’s great. I didn’t officially apply for the role but was contacted by the recruiter for an exploratory chat. After a couple of questions around my background, the recruiter immediately decided that I should be put forward for a less senior role despite my experience and I didn’t get a chance to ask a few questions and the recruiter said they had to run and could only answer 1.
Although I didn’t officially apply, I received a rejection email which I find insulting especially as this was meant to be an exploratory chat.
