Met with the owner/Mgr who told me some of the basics about the company, after meeting with him i went to the actual company location to meet with the co-owner ( no longer active in the company as far as i know) who showed me around the facility and told me a little bit more about what the job entailed. The interview process was all verbal there was no skills testing or much paper work to fill out at the initial interview.
