Interview process is simple. 2 rounds, they will ask you about previous work experience, your strengths, your weaknesses, and how you overall think you will be able to contribute to the team and the positive experience of customers.
It was a simple interview that consisted of an interview with the manager followed by a introductions to other team members. The conversation revolved around the understanding of golf and how to recommend proper fitting for customers.
