On campus interview. 2 steps, takes 2 weeks. 1 on campus 45 mins interview, with only one behavior question about CV, and problem solving, market view, and some option questions. Super-day has two rounds - morning in jersey city, having lunch, and half of candidates selected for afternoon final round in New York office. The morning interview is great - behavior and market view and questions about risks model. The afternoon interview is harsh and hard, question about option pricing model, short put option, European Economy: its risk and causes.
