Interviewed for a strats role. Many behavioral rounds in addition to a couple coderpad interviews over about 4 months. Communication wasn’t great (they canceled the position at the last minute and never let me know).
Behavioral interviews were casual and just questions about previous projects. Coderpad questions were standard leetcode questions. Look at the most commonly flagged GS questions on neetcode/leetcode and youll be fine.

Didn’t hear back for 3 months and then a recruiter started emailing and calling aggressively. Don’t assume hope is lost but also def not a place with fast moving processes (above junior levels)

Very straightforward and quick process. Extremely communicative and I appreciated this interview process more than other interviews due to how fast whole process went. HR will get in touch very quickly if the interviewers are interested.
