Entrevista
I submitted my application online and heard back a few days later via phone. On the phone they asked why I wanted to work at Gold's and what my salary requirements were (I told them $35k and they sounded fine with it.) We scheduled an in person interview for the next week where I met with a traveling HR girl. It mostly consisted of her telling me more about the club, a tour, and just a couple questions about me. Later that day she called me wanting me to come in the next day to meet with the GM of that location the next morning. So I did. It was another telling me about the club thing and I answered a couple questions about my management style. I was then called the next day and asked to come in once more to meet with some guy from corporate. I was squished in a room with him, the head of personal training, and the HR girl and the corporate guy shot me a lot of questions about my management style, again. He was a big meat head type and VERY intimidating. As I was leaving he told me the GM would be in touch either way within the next few days. I never heard a word back from them. If you're going to bring someone in for three separate interviews, at least give them the common courtesy of saying yay or nay.

It was an easy interview and seemed very straightforward. I met with both the Sales Manager and General Manager. This interview took place onsite at the gym location where I applied. We met for roughly 45 minutes. This interview included a tour of the facility as well. It was more relaxed than I expected it to be.

It was good and straightforward interview. It didn't last long and the GM was very nice and prompt. Nothing bad to say, I honestly thought I got the job but unfortunately didn't.

2 in person interviews one with general manager and one with district manager. The first interview was very easy. Mostly the guy talked about his philosophy and his history. The second interview was much more formal and the guy asked a lot of tough questions. He was very cocky and condescending.
