One of the most unprofessional interviewing processes I’ve ever had. Had multiple “video” interviews where neither one of the interviewers turned their camera on. Very disrespectful and unprofessional as a first impression of a company. After what I thought were very strong interviews, they decided to offer me a job I didn’t apply for or even interview for. Neither one of the leaders I interviewed with knew anything about cannabis other than brands. Recycled MedMen employees that are going to run this company into the ground. I’d be doing some employee reviews if I were the CEO. This whole Glassdoor is filled with bad upper management reviews from past employees.
