it was pretty straight forward video interview and took around 30 min. first couple of questions is about the importance of teaching through video call. Then 2 questions for the subject of choice that you would like teach through instant messaging only, the video and audio feed are switched off to replicate a real life tutoring scenario using the app.
The assessment question was a basic biology and maths question, asked from a student perspective and your job is to tutor the student without giving the answer directly. So it will be a conversation with a student through IM
