The HR promised and painted a picture that how they value the time of each candidate and let every candidate know the final result even if a person is rejected for the role. It has been weeks since my last round but I haven't heard from them. No feedback provided yet. The founder is extremely rude and lacks business sense. He is really poor at communication as he wasn't able to clearly explain what he was asking during the interview. After a bit, he was irritated and impatient which was evident as he kept raising his voice during the call. He also seemed to be driving while taking this interview as I could hear a lot of background traffic noise. Seems like a lala company where a rich lad is trying to set up a business with his dad's money. He lacks any leadership experience or corporate etiquette for that matter
