It was just a quick phone interview set up with help of a recruiter. Was scheduled with a manager, who forgot to call me on the first day we had scheduled the phone interview for. Had to reschedule for a second day. The manager I spoke with was nice, but I had minimal contact with her once I started the job, even though she was my manager.

The interview was conducted by 3 people - two men and a woman in a small meeting room. They had been interviewing all day but still gave me a lot of attention and made it fun. It was a low pressure, friendly atmosphere.
