First there was an assessment test which was very easy, basic math, after clearing that there is a group video interview. Based on how we answer, the computer selects the candidates-is what they said

In the group video interview they asked general questions about yourself, if you have good internet connection, and all
In the end they asked one question to each member. They asked me which programming language is the best and most used in the current days- i said python as it can handle huge data and can be used for machine learning, etc
Il colloquio consiste nel girare un video di circa 2 o 3 minuti in cui si spiega perché si vuole diventare tutor di GoStudent e come si vorrebbe svolgere una lezione ipotetica con un nuovo studente.
Also erstes musste ein Test für hedes Fach abgelegt werden, was man unterrichten wollte. Danach gab es zwei online Interviewrunden in denen man sich vorgestellt hat und danach Fragen beantworten musste wie: “Was würdet ihr tun um euren Schüler zu motivieren?”.
Das ist allerdings 3 Jahre her und es kann sein, dass das Verfahren sich geändert hat.
