The first interview was over the phone, it was nice because you can get a feel for the job and company in the comfort of your house before you get tot he office and figure out that the job is not for you and youve wasted time and gas to get there
Basic interview questions with two sales managers, a HR rep will give you a tour of the office, let you listen in on a sales call, very professional. The managers who interviewed were pretty easy going and didn’t seem to be hyper-critical

A couple weeks from phone contact to interview with managers. If you can breathe and read from a script you can get hired here. You may sit with agent to see if you would like the job. Go pass a drug test and then get licensed. Pretty simple process.
