Was contacted 2 weeks after applying online and started out with a 30 minute phone interview with HR. It all went well and was told that I would move forward to a phone interview with the hiring manager. I sent my availability to schedule the call and I never heard another word. I followed up a week later (already figuring the silence was the answer) but did my due diligence anyway. Still never got a response to my follow up.
