I got recruited on LinkedIn. Recruiter was unorganized, called multiple times about conversations that already happened. Most unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. Recruiter laughed out loud on the phone when I told her I would not be continuing the interview process.

Talk with various recruiters-- very disorganized and unclear. Send work samples. Talked with another ISD. Then you have to do an eLearning project and job aid and present. The process was all over the place, recruiters were unprofessional and disorganized, it was frustrating. I hope it doesn't happen to other people. I did not want to move forward based in this interaction. Also, it is a new a team of IDs, I would imagine there are a lot of challenges to overcome.
