First round interview with a director, then a panel interview based on mock presentation for a client, wait FOUR weeks to hear back. The panel interview was awkward at best. Lots of no comments and awkward questions at the end. They seemed uninterested in what I had to say and the follow up questions weren't very engaging at all. It shouldn't take 4 whole weeks to make a decision on a person. This waiting period alone deterred me from continuing my candidacy with this company.
