Not organized and not focused on the individual. I spoke to several people and they didn’t seem to know who I was or what I was interviewing for. The first person was a current employee and very informative. The second step was a standardized informational zoom meeting (they did not take questions this was just to give you the sales pitch for the job). The third step was a zoom interview with two current employees. One was very nice and the other was not. The executive assistant didn’t seem to have a good handle on what was happening throughout the process.

They asked if I was married. When I asked for a higher salary they said something that implied that my husband’s salary should make what they were offering acceptable.

Entrevista
During the interview process, you have to listen to a webinar about the company and the position before you move on to the interview. The webinar is about an hour long and then you will have to submit a questionnaire if you are still interested in the position. After that a recruiter will call you to ask about your decision.
The interview was smooth and seamless. All my questions were answered appropriately. The team is very informative and I feel very confident in my interview and look forward to hearing back about the hiring position.
