Takes long time, and not efficient. A set of meetings without real technical evaluation despite that the company claims having a technical evaluation, however it depends on the position and is subject to human bias
Not as technical as a I think. Three interviews. The last was with a technical director. The 2 first interview were technical. I got an offer after the last interview
3 step interview process meeting HR, senior leadership and delivery level team members - both were question based on competency, experience and desire to join Globant. No assessments were required to be completed.
