Effective, efficient, well organized and professional, the interview process was done very well. There was a series of interviews, which were roughly 35-40 min in length and done non-stop for several hours. They interviewers were a fair sampling of HR personnel, process engineers, experience managers and experienced equipment engineers. Prepare to test your bladder!

First, TA will call for initial suitability check. And if he/she feel satisfied with your background and suitability, then he/she will come back with schedule for interview with hiring manager. Sometimes interviews can be two technical interview with hiring manager and HOD.

Interview process was easy, but getting a start date was a cluster. Initially accepted, but declined when they froze hiring and when my start date was moved twice. I lost faith in their process after that.
