The whole interview took 3 hrs long. First part is an interactive group exercise where you build toy cars based on supply & demand while the interviewers watch you. Then you are interviewed separately by each dept manager to determine where you will fit best.

The interview was very easy and short (this was a few years ago). The questions were simple and I felt very comfortable the entire time. It kind of just felt like a formality and that they basically hire everyone they interview.

They took about half a dozen of us into a conference room and we did an activity where we had to build cars. Each car had 3 parts, had different costs, and we had to determine which car to build and how many to build. Then I had two in person interviews and then one phone interview.
