The interview process had 1 telephonic round followed by Face to face technical round. In Telephonic round the questions were mostly on semiconductor fab, EM basics, Spiral inductors, My course works in M.tech. In the technical round, I was asked to give a presentation on my M.Tech thesis work. Then I had 5 rounds of interview with all the team members.. the entire process took 5 hrs.
