I was called by HR for a screening and immediately invited to a first round interview with other team members. I prepared a lot and it went well. They asked mostly about my experience and how it related. They asked about my excel experience, presenting skills, research skills. After that, I was sent an excel/powerpoint assessment. I had 5 days. Once I sent this back, I was invited to another interview with senior management. They went over the assessment and asked some basic questions, like strengths/weaknesses, longterm career goals, domain knowledge of retail sector. After this interview, I received an offer by the end of the week.

fui contactada para sostener una entrevista donde no se informa quienes la realizaran. Supe por coincidencia qye sería una persona diferente a la reclutadora. Pésimo que la empresa no avise que las entrevistas son con varias personas. Al final fueron 4 personas de distintos países. Hicieron muchas preguntas, sin embargo, todo fue un poco vago. El anuncio de la vacante no daba gran información sobre las tareas concretas del puesto y en la entrevista dio la misma sensación de incertidumbre. Me preguntaron si sabía trabajar con "data", sin especificar qué tipo de datos. Nuevamente, el anuncio no describía nada que ver con análisis cuantitativo ni análisis de datos.

Entrevista
3 interviews over rhe phone and final interview in person. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Got a good impression from the people I talked, too. (3 out of the 4 left while I was there)
