I had a 'informal job chat' which I have come to realise is more of a formal job interview. Followed by an assesment which I found difficult.
After completing the assesment I didn't expect to get the job however I was ghosted by two people I'd had previous contact with.
I wrote to the hiring manager and said I was very disappointed with the lack of consideration, communication and common courtesy.
What made it worse was that the role had gone back up for candidates on LinkedIn before I had heard from anyone.
Just plain rude.

They wanted an assesment done that took three hours. This was to be done during business hours.

First it was a call to state interest in my profile, and then a three step process. Two sets of interviews with regular questions about my cv. The second one was in three sections, first with some Directors, and then a couple more with different team members. Last step was a technical interview to test for Excel and English skills

The interview process consisted of several rounds with hiring team and head of the wider team spread over a 4 week period. Everyone was friendly and professional. Overall a good experience.
