I got the interview call through the referral method. I was fresher when I applied for the interview. The first round is the usual HR round to understand your academic background and the reasons why you have applied for the position. The second round is a written test on aptitude and some questions on the Microsoft office and basic English. The third round is the technical round

The technical round for the fresher usually is about academic understanding and few questions on the basis of the current position applied.
For Example: Market Research- About primary and secondary research, few market size related definitions etc.

Entrevista
The hiring process at GlobalData consists of several stages. If your resume is selected, you first go through a short screening with HR via email. After that, the first interview with the hiring manager is scheduled, usually lasting around 15–30 minutes, with basic questions about your work history.
If you pass, you will receive an Excel test. If you do well on the test, a final interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager and the Research Director at GlobalData.
The process is quite lengthy, and each stage usually takes at least a week to receive feedback. Overall, the interviewers and HR team were always respectful and very professional.
The only thing I found unprofessional was the lack of follow-up after interviews. Candidates are often ghosted without even receiving a rejection email, despite the process being long and time-consuming.

Entrevista
Attended the Interview at 10 am. If there are more people, they will take JAM session first and followed by basic screening test of aptitude and essay writing. If there are only few no JAM. To know the result one have to wait till 3 pm, or sometimes till 4 or 5 pm (even if you come at 9am or 2pm). Later you will be called for Technical interview with the project head or manager. Result will be given on following day..or they will say to come next day.
Next day you have to again wait for HR interview and final round...till 5pm. Apart from this, if you done your PG your qualified in 1st round and if you have reference you will be selected for sure.
Attend the Interview if you want to waste two complete days...
