The first round was an aptitude test.In the aptitude test there was some reasoning, math, English and one short descriptive question then the selected candidate was gone through the telephonic round. the telephonic round took place three times and at last, they issued the offer letter was issued.In some cases, they called at their Hyderabad office for final round.
1st is the written exam, if we qualify in that next One interview with senior analyst , if we qualify in that next HR interview., they will select few and offer half of them and keep hold next half
The interview process was easy and over all good. It was not that difficult just accounting and finance concepts should be clear and also stay updated about current affair questions.
It was good consisting of 4 rounds.
First round group discussion and second round written test consists of different sections maths aptitude english and essay writing and other topics.
Third round is the technical round.
Fourth round about the core technical with senior employee.
